She did it!
Advice from someone who found out 4 hours before the ceremony that she will actually graduate:
Don't get any Fs, and arrange you high school schedule so that you just have fun classes, and not very many of those, as a senior.
She doesn't actually say anything about studying so that you don't have to worry about things like biology finals (which was the latest holdup in assuring the graduation). But she definitely did not like taking 15 (semester) classes when everyone else is taking 12 or sometimes even 6.
The little white ribbon commemorates two students who died of cancer. One was Caitlin, her friend who died in the spring of 2003 at the age of 13.
She went to two graduations back to back last year. She says it is more fun to watch, because asa participant she was not allowed to fidget.
